Imagine settling in, your blanket tucked in around you, pillow just right.
The lights soften.
The gong sounds.
The outside world dissolves.
Around you, enormous 40-inch gongs rise like ancient moons—each one holding its own field of vibration, each one ready to meet you where you are.
These instruments have a way of stripping away what you’ve carried. You simply lie down, breathe, and the sound begins its slow, steady work.
The first phase of this night brings you into a deep state of relaxation. Not the kind you get from a nap or a quiet moment on the couch, but the kind that reorganizes the body from the inside. The waves of sound move through the muscles, the fascia, the thoughts, the energy that pools around your body. The mind starts loosening its grip on the thoughts related to doing. The body softens its armor. You feel the possibility of deep rest.
And then we go deeper.
Roxanne Lowery and I guide you through the subtle thresholds of consciousness—those inner landscapes you can only reach when the body finally allows itself to let go. This is the place where the shifts begin. Where the old stories crack open. Where the nervous system starts to unwind from the weight of the year. You may feel yourself clearing, elevating, expanding. You may feel nothing at all except an ease you haven’t known in a long time. There is no right or wrong way to experience the meditation.
In the wee hours of the morning, the sound has already begun to escort you beyond what you thought was possible. The gongs work slowly, gently, lovingly—releasing what has been held in 2025, layer by layer, breath by breath.
As you sleep, there is a moment where everything begins to float. It’s as if the sound itself becomes a great ocean and you become the tide. You are nowhere and everywhere. You are part of the universe, part of the field that holds all things, part of something far greater than the life you walked in with. You become pure potential.
This meditation is for those who already know who they want to be in 2026 and want to plant those seeds within an energetic doorway.
It is also for those who don’t know yet—who simply feel the pull to clear 2025 so that clarity can rise naturally from the subconscious, from the body, from the inner voice that speaks when the noise falls away.
There is no right way to experience this night.
There is only the journey.
As you rest and sleep, we will move through sound in stages—each vibration awakening a different aspect of your consciousness, each wave inviting a different kind of healing. You will be held. You will be supported. You will not be asked to do anything except rest and receive.
By dawn, you emerge from the sound renewed. Relaxed. Expansive. Open. There is a palpable exchange of energy that happens as you work with sound that feels sacred and unmistakably transcendent.
Here’s where we’ll be resting.
The beautiful high ceilings and open space will heighten the sense of floating in sound. We have been generously offered the space at Summit Wellness Group Midtown.

About Eve:
Eve Smyth is a Sound and Reiki Master Practitioner known for creating profoundly immersive gong experiences that clear the body, soften the nervous system, and open the pathways to elevated states of consciousness. With over a decade of energy work and more recent advanced sound training under Dr. Mitch Nur and Don Conreaux, Eve weaves lineage, intuition, and subtle shamanic understanding into journeys that move far beyond relaxation. Her sessions have been described as “the most transformational work I have ever experienced in my life,” and even seasoned practitioners say, “As a fellow sound practitioner who knows sound, you are one of three people I will come to when I wish to receive in Atlanta.”
Her work bridges the intelligence of the body, the subconscious, and the unseen world. Through carefully crafted stages of sound—release, unwinding, elevation, and bliss—Eve guides participants into the deeper layers of themselves, where clarity rises naturally and long-held patterns begin to dissolve. Whether in private sessions, group immersions, or her dusk-to-dawn ceremonies, Eve offers sound as a portal into truth, healing, and the next version of who you are becoming.
