Reiki Level 1 is absolutely transformative. So many of my students have reported incredible life changes from healing paralysis to deep personal healing that created the container for manifesting their dreams.
In Level 1 you’ll explore traditional Reiki. Learn about
Dr. Usui,
the Reiki system of energy,
the chakras,
and receive an attunement.
A Reiki manual is provided.
Level 1 is profound. The purpose of this level is to work on your energy. Reiki will always heal you first. As a practitioner, you want to have experience with healing yourself before working with others. There are many reasons for this but these are the top 2.
We cannot hold transformative space for others if we are not full. Fill your cup of Reiki first so that you can give the overflow to others.
By experiencing how Reiki works with you and through you, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how it feels. You’ll understand in your body what different types of imbalances in the body feel like. For example, you’ll know what a pain energy feels like and how it differs from inflammation. This can help you then understand where to put your hands to give Reiki to the most effective place.
*Please note that you'll need to practice with Reiki for at least 21-days before taking level 2. This is very important as it takes time for the energy to integrate in the body and for you to observe what it feels like.
