You're Invited: A Morning of Healing, Community & Giving
So many of us are carrying more than we let on — a quiet disconnection from ourselves, from each other, from the ground beneath our feet. Uncertainty about what's ahead can settle into the body and stay there, showing up as tension, sleeplessness, or a low hum of worry that never fully lifts. If any of this feels familiar, this morning is for you.
Join Sanctum with Eve, Infinite Bliss, and Emory Presbyterian Church for a gathering built to unwind and let go off any thing that is troubling you.
Chair yoga leading into Yoga Nidra with energy healing, a guided group QHHT experience, and free Reiki sessions are all offered by a collective of healers who came together in service of this community — to help you remember how to rest, exhale, and reconnect.
Individual Reiki sessions will be from 10-11 am and on a first come, first serve basis.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle, seated practice designed to release tension from the body without strain. Using simple stretches, breathwork, and mindful movement, this practice meets you exactly where you are — no mat, no flexibility, and no prior experience required.
As the body softens, we move into a seated savasana, the traditional resting pose at the close of a yoga practice. Here, the nervous system settles and the body prepares for deeper rest, creating a smooth transition into our Yoga Nidra that follows.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often translated as "yogic sleep," is a guided relaxation practice that brings the body into deep rest while the mind stays aware — a state similar to the relaxed, focused awareness used in QHHT. You'll be seated comfortably, eyes closed, simply listening and following along; there's nothing to do and nowhere to get to. While you are resting, Eve will be providing energy healing to the room.
This session's theme is love. Through gentle guidance, we'll rest in a state where the body fully lets go, creating space to reconnect with a felt sense of love — for yourself, for others, and for the present moment.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that uses light touch to support the body's natural ability to relax and restore itself. During a session, you remain fully clothed and seated or lying down while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body in a series of positions.
Many people describe the experience as deeply calming, similar to the sense of ease that follows a good night's sleep. Reiki doesn't require any belief system to participate — it's simply an invitation to rest and receive hands on healing.
What is QHHT?
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a guided hypnosis practice developed by researcher Dolores Cannon. It uses deep relaxation to help you access a state of focused, restful awareness — similar to the feeling right before falling asleep, when the mind is calm but still aware.
In this relaxed state, many people find clarity around questions they've been carrying, whether that's about a relationship, a decision, a pattern they want to understand, or simply a sense of not feeling like themselves lately. It's a chance to slow down, quiet the noise, and listen inward.
No prior experience is needed. You'll remain safe, comfortable, and in control throughout — QHHT is simply a tool for deep rest and self-reflection, guided by a trained facilitator.
This gathering also serves a bigger purpose. Emory Presbyterian faced two roof repairs this year, and every dollar raised — minus credit card processing fees — goes directly to the church to help cover these costs. Your presence and your generosity help hold up a space that has long held this community.
Come as you are, whatever you're carrying. Receive what you need.
All are welcome.
All proceeds (less cc fees) benefit Emory Presbyterian Church. Our suggested donation price is $65. Pay what you choose if that is out of reach. And thank you for helping us give back to the place that gives so much to so many!
