In the sacred stillness of the desert, as the moon rises over Sedona’s red rocks, we invite you to step into a space where time slows… where the noise fades… and something deeper begins to stir.
This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself. To be held in nature’s embrace, in community, and in the quiet truth of your own knowing.
Though we’ll part before the 12/12 gateway and Winter Solstice, the spiritual work we do together sets the tone for a grounded, heart-centered and easeful end of 2026. Over the days together, we’ll move through a rhythm of intentional experiences—rooted in fall’s invitation to release, reflect, and realign while moving into the deeply restorative winter season.

This time together offers a grounded release and recalibration, so you can move into the deep rest of winter with clarity, steadiness, and trust in the path unfolding before you.
The Sedona retreat is a container for you to be nourished—body, mind, and soul—by the energy of the land, the innate wisdom of your higher self, the guidance of your divine team, and the beauty of connection (to self, land, others).
This retreat isn’t about fixing or changing you.
Instead, the activities that we offer strengthen your experience of and connection to your light guides and Higher Self.
What You’ll Experience
Over four days, you’ll be guided through a series of intentional practices designed to bring you into alignment—with your Higher Self, the land, and your purpose or path. Through movement, stillness, ritual, sound, and sacred site visits, you’ll come home to yourself in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.
You’ll walk ancient land and sacred paths—Buddhist stupas, medicine wheels, rock temples—each offering its own invitation to listen more deeply. You’ll share breath and silence, story and ceremony. You’ll stargaze under velvet skies, dance beneath the moon, and rise with the sun.
Eve and Jodie bring decades of experience weaving together healing arts, energy work, and embodied practice to hold a safe, loving container where transformation can unfold naturally—without pressure, without performance.
Staying next to Oak Creek, immerse yourself in waters carrying nurturing and gentle energetic information of Cathedral Rock, allowing you to tap into the wisdom of the divine feminine.

In her role as a Women's Empowerment and Wellness Retreat Co-Lead, she guides women in embracing their inner strength, cultivating self-care practices, and fostering personal growth. Her dedication to uplifting and inspiring others reflects her commitment to empowering individuals to lead balanced and fulfilling lives.
