  • The Bengston Energy Healing Method® is a hands-on healing approach developed by Dr. William Bengston and supported by decades of research exploring the relationship between intention and the body’s natural healing processes. Using a technique called Image Cycling, practitioners create a focused energetic field that encourages the body to move toward balance and repair.

    Sessions are gentle and non-invasive and may be experienced in person or at a distance. Many people seek this work to support recovery from inflammation, chronic pain, stress, and other imbalances while continuing their regular medical care.

    Bengston Energy Healing is a complementary practice and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. During a session, light hands-on or hands-above contact helps calm the nervous system, ease stress, and encourage the body to return to a more regulated state.

    Many people experience deep relaxation during Reiki, while others notice shifts in emotional or physical tension as the body releases what it no longer needs to hold. Sessions are peaceful, restorative, and tailored to each individual’s experience.

    Reiki is a complementary practice and is not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • This session combines the calming support of Reiki with a focused intuitive reading designed to offer clarity and perspective around a specific area of your life. Reiki helps the body settle and relax, creating a receptive state for insight and reflection.

    During the reading portion, we work with guidance cards as a point of insight and reflection, allowing space for intuitive interpretation and conversation. The goal is not prediction, but perspective—helping you explore what may be unfolding and how you might move forward with greater awareness.

    Please arrive with one clear question you would like guidance around. This helps us focus the session and create a meaningful space for reflection.

    Sessions are supportive, reflective, and insight-oriented. They are intended for personal awareness and growth and do not replace medical, legal, or psychological advice.

    On-line and in-person

  • A Gong Meditation is a deeply restorative sound experience that uses the vibrations of the gong to help calm the mind and relax the body. As the rich tones of the gong move through the space, many people find that mental tension softens and the nervous system begins to settle into a state of deep rest.

    Participants simply lie down comfortably while the sound gently supports the body in releasing stress and restoring balance. Each meditation is unique, allowing the sound to meet you exactly where you are.

    In-person only.

  • A focused session designed to offer clarity and perspective around a specific area of your life.

    Working with cards as a point of insight and reflection, allows space for intuitive interpretation and conversation. Please arrive with one clear question you would like guidance around. This session is supportive, reflective, and insight-oriented — offering perspective rather than prediction.
